Yes! I have extensive experience working with people of all levels! That said, I believe the best approach for beginners is to work with me in person to establish a sound foundation of movement quality. Once a person has built competency & confidence with basic movements, we can look into shifting to online training or a "hybrid" of online paired with virtual or in-person coaching!
Rippel Effect Fitness is a private facility & membership is not required if you are training with me! If you are choosing online training, you will need a gym membership &/or equipment at home.
It all depends on you! Most of my clients want to lose bodyfat & get stronger, but each of us has our own unique goals! The program I design for you will take your individual characteristics & goals into consideration. As they say, "without a plan, you plan to fail," & it's my job to create a plan to move you forward! We will work together as a team to reach your goals!
